4.1 Information regarding the
installation site

Observe the following points when installing the room controller:
- Install the room controller in the main living area in such a way that the temper-
ature capture is not falsified by direct sunlight or other hot or cold sources.
- In case of installation on a wall, ensure there is sufficient clearance above the
room controller to enable its removal from or insertion into the wall mounting
bracket.
- Install the RGTF/RGTKF room controller so that receiving and sending suffers no
interference.
- Never install the RGTF/RGTKF room controller placed close to electric cables,
magnetic fields, TV's, PCs or microwaves.
- The maximum distance between RGTF/RGTKF room controller and FEK receiver
must not exceed 30 m or 2 storeys
