Insert the helmet into the fabric cover to attach the visor back on to the helmet. Ensure that the breathing tube connector is exposed in the hole
provided and that the fabric is not trapped between the visor and the helmet (See Fig. 8).
10. Line up the visor frame over the attachment slots and slide the metal spring into place (Fig. 9). NOTE: The visor frame should be in the fully open
or closed position before the spring is installed.
11. Attach the self-adhesive hook and loop fastener to the helmet as shown on the M-307 headgear. (See Fig. 10). NOTE: If using M-975N cover with
M-407 headgear, the hook and loop fastener should be attached to the lower jar on the headgear.
12. Attach the Over-Visor to the Over-Visor Frame and lock into place (See Fig. 11). Ensure the visor is correct for the application and fitted the right
way round.
NOTE: If Over-Visor and Frame are being used without the fabric cover, disregard instructions specific to assembly of fabric cover.
13. If using BT-927N breathing tube cover, lay cover flat with hook and loop side facing up. Place selected breathing tube in center of cover and
section by section, fasten cover around breathing tube. If needed, gently pull to extend the breathing tube as cover is being fastened around it.
