TROUBLESHOOTING

Please go through the following steps if the mini
vacuum sealer Vinnie does not work properly:
Problem
No vacuum is generated.
The device does not
start.
Solution
• Make sure that you
have correctly sealed
the bag.
• Make sure that the
mini vacuum sealer
Vinnie is placed
correctly onto the
adhesive valve.
Change Vinnie's
position while it is
running and see when
the air is extracted.
• Make sure that the
battery is charged or
connect Vinnie to a
power supply through
the USB cable.
• If the device still does
not start, contact the
customer service.
