Changing the tool.
Before mounting or replacing application tools or accessories, pull the power
WARNING
plug. This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through
accidental starting of the power tool.
Mounting the polishing tool (figure 4).
Press the locking button only when the
motor is stopped.
Do not press the locking button on the
gear head.
Press the locking button completely through
and hold it in place. Loosen the threaded
flange with the double-pin wrench.
Unscrew the threaded flange.
Replace the used-up polishing tool or
insert a new one.
Pay attention that the polishing tool is
properly centered between the inner
flange and the threaded flange.
Manually screw on the threaded flange again.
Press the locking button completely through
and hold it in place. Tighten the threaded
flange with the double-pin wrench.
Note: Pay attention to the mounting direction
of the inner flange, see figure 4.
