TROUBLESHOOTING

Power Lamp/Light is Not Illuminated
Check that the power cord is connected to a working outlet
Check that the power switch is in the ON position
Little or No Steam Output
Check that the power is connected and switch is in the ON position
Check the water level in the water heating and secondary fill tank and fill as necessary
Clean the steam nozzle
Water is Leaking
Check that the secondary tank is not overfilled and is at the proper fill level
Make sure the unit is on a flat surface and not tilted
Steam is Leaking
Ensure the water heating tank lid is firmly closed
Ensure the top of the steam nozzle is firmly locked in place
