TROUBLESHOOTING

Power Lamp/Light is Not Illuminated
• Check that the power cord is connected to a working outlet
• Check that the power switch is in the ON position
Little or No Steam Output
• Check that the power is connected and switch is in the ON position
• Check the water level in the water heating and secondary fill tank and fill as necessary
• Clean the steam nozzle
Water is Leaking
• Check that the secondary tank is not overfilled and is at the proper fill level
• Make sure the unit is on a flat surface and not tilted
Steam is Leaking
• Ensure the water heating tank lid is firmly closed
• Ensure the top of the steam nozzle is firmly locked in place
