whether there is voltage at the socket outlet

6. Operation

Caution!
The lawn mover is equipped with a safety circuit
to prevent unauthorized use. Directly before star-
ting up the lawn mover insert the safety plug (Fig.
12/Item 15) and remove the safety plug again
whenever you interrupt or terminate your work.
2-step safety lock-off
To prevent the lawn mower from switching on
accidentally, it is equipped with a 2-step safety
lock-off (Fig. 12/Item H) which must be pressed
before the switching bar (Fig. 12/Item K) can be
activated.
The lawn mower will switch itself off when the
switching bar is released completely. Both steps
of the safety lock-off are now activated and you
must press the safety lock-off (Fig. 12 / Item H) in
order to put the lawn mower back into operation.
If the switching bar is released by only a few cen-
timeters, the lawn mower will switch itself off and
it can be put into operation again without the sa-
fety lock-off being pressed (1st step of the safety
lock-off activated). This is used mainly when you
want to interrupt your work briefl y without leaving
the lawn mower.
Repeat this process several times so that you are
sure that the machine functions properly.
Operation electronics (Fig. 13)
The operation electronics (L) can be turned
upwards and downwards through 40°. Turn the
operation electronics so that you can look direct-
ly onto the indicator. The operation electronics
works only when the battery and safety switch are
inserted.

quate remaining charge.
