Inserting the blank holder

▷ Check the pin of the blank holder and clean if

required.
▷ Insert the blank holder with the pin to the stop
in the locating bore.

NOTE:
Improper handling leads to inaccurate working
results or to damage of the blank-holder fixture!
▷ Tighten fastening screw [1] with a torque of
4 Nm.
The torque wrench included in the delivery
scope of the milling machine is appropriately
set.
▷ Tighten fastening screw [1] with with the torque
wrench.

Starting the grinding program

▷ Briefly press operation button [A].
The machine moves to the starting position.
▷ Mount the splash guard [1] to the extraction
opening and lock it in place with lever [3].
▷ Transfer the milling file for wet processing.
