Reversing the door swing.
Read these instructions completely and carefully.
Important Notes
NOTE: Doors on dispenser models and models with trim
do not reverse.
When reversing the door swing:
Read the instructions all the way through before
starting.
Handle parts carefully to avoid scratching paint.
Set screws down by their related parts to avoid
using them in the wrong places.
Provide a non-scratching work surface for
the doors.
IMPORTANT: Once you begin, do not move the
cabinet until door-swing reversal is completed.

Phillips screwdriver
Flat head screwdriver
Masking tape
T20 Torx Driver
Parts Required
NOTE: The parts listed below can be found in the
reversibility kit, which is taped into the bottom shelf
of the fresh food door.
Right end grille cap (part no. 225C1322)
Left hand cam closure (part no. 187D1682)
Two left hand door stops (part no. 225C1303)

Removing the Doors
Unplug the refrigerator from its electrical outlet.

Empty all door shelves, including the dairy compartment.

CAUTION: Handle doors with care. To avoid damaging the plastic corner
caps, be careful not to bang or drop the doors on their corners.

These instructions are for changing the hinges
from the right side to the left side—if you ever
want to change the hinges back to the right
side, follow these same instructions and reverse
all references to left and right.
