Pectoral fly
This exercise isolates the pectoral muscles.
Broadens the chest and tones up the pectoral
muscles.
Muscles used: pectorals and anterior deltoid
Movement:
- lie on the bench with the backrest in the
horizontal position; keep your arms
perpendicular to the ground, your elbows
slightly bent and your hands opposite each
other
- open your arms, moving the shoulder joints
- do not change the angle of your elbows or
the position of your hands during the
exercise.
