RECOMMENDATIONS
A hydro-massage bath with the following
temperatures and periods will have as its
main benefits:
• 20ºC to 27ºC – Heart and breathing cycles
stimulation;
• 28ºC to 33ºC – Muscular invigoration;
• 34ºC to 37ºC – Muscular relaxation;
• 37ºC to 42ºC – Nervous and joint
relaxation.
• After 5 minutes – blood pressure and
heartbeat regulation;
• After 10 minutes – Blood stream
regeneration;
• After 15 minutes - Muscular relaxation and
metabolism acceleration;
• After 20 minutes – Temporary pain relief
GALA hydromassage bathtub is also an
important aid in the selection of the most
convenient hydromassage, when providing
four programs with different bath types. You
only have to select the most convenient
hydromassage for each case, these programs
are:
• Program 1 (P1): Anti-stress massage
After a day of physical and mental effort, this
massage programmed with medium force will
provide a relaxing feeling and a well-being
sensation. This bath is recommended with
neutral or slightly hot temperature (36º - 38º
C)

• Program 2 (P2): Aesthetics massage
Through a previous massage of muscular
relaxation and increase of the
tissues'elasticity, a deep massage is made
with anti-cellulites effect, and due to blood
circulation increase, improves skin texture and
smoothness. It is advised to make it in the
morning with a neutral temperature (37ºC)
• Program 3 (P3): Sports massage
Especially advised after practicing sport, with
a strong energetic action of the air + water
hydromassage, that distends and relaxes the
muscles, hardened after a physical effort.
This massage can also be carried through
before practicing sport, as a way to prepare
the body for the posterior effort. In this way
injuries caused by the sudden change of
activity can be prevented during the first
moments of physical exercise. This massage
must be carried through with a neutral or
slightly cold temperature (35º-37ºC)
• Program 4 (P4): Tonic massage
It can be the beginning of an active day; it is a
massage with medium-high intensity, which
must be carried through with a cool water
temperature (30º - 35º C). This massage is
also recommended before the
accomplishment of a sport that demands
great physical effort.
Automatic programs will carry through certain
cycles that allow specific effects. Not only are
the types of massages executed
automatically, but also its duration and
intensity.
