e. Use the "Up/Down" selection arrows (13) to select "PAIR". Press the Menu button (12), the camera functioning light
(20) flashes quickly. Wait until the "Y" near "PAIR" TURNS TO "N"; disconnection is complete.
f. The disconnected camera will no longer be shown in "SCAN" mode.
1. Place the transmitter about a metre from the cradle with the camera lens (6) and microphone (8) pointed towards
the baby.
2. Use the On/Off switch (1) to switch the transmitter on. The functioning light (3) comes on red. If the batteries are
exhausted the light (3) starts flashing red. Replace them with new batteries or use the mains adapter supplied.
3. Now use the volume control system (14) to switch on the receiver: the functioning light (19) must light up green. If
the light weakens it means the battery has to be recharged, or that the supplied mains adapter has to be used.
4. The images captured by the camera lens (6) must appear on the screen (17) while the sound picked up by the
microphone (8) must be audible on the loudspeaker (18). If the screen (17) displays the text "No signal" or "Out of
range" it means the liaison between the units cannot be made properly: refer to the section Connecting the
transmitter to the receiver. Adjust the volume control system (14) to obtain a comfortable listening level. Do not
forget to keep the transmitter and the receiver at least 3 metres apart, or else the loudspeaker (18) will make a
strident noise due to the Larsen effect.
5. Use the setting system (2) to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone so as to be able to select the sound intensity
at which the microphone will be activated. High sensitivity means the microphone (8) is more easily activated –
even in case of a weak sound signal.
6. The camera can be inclined vertically at an angle of 70 to get a
better view of the baby.
7.The quality of the image on the screen (17) can be adjusted according to your preferences
by using the menu on the screen.
Briefly press the Menu button (12) and the MAIN MENU will appear. Use the "Up/Down"
selection arrows (13) to select "DISPLAY", "LANGUAGE", or "MATCHING", then press the
Menu button (12) to confirm.
LANGUAGE
Use the «Up/Down» selection arrows (13) to select the language you wish to use (French
or English), then press the Menu button (12) to confirm.
DISPLAY
Use the "Up/Down" selection arrows (13) to select "BRIGHTNESS", "ZOOM IN", "FLIP", or
" TEMPERATURE" then press the Menu button (12).
