Recommendations for use

To maintain the non-stick surfaces of the plates and pans, we recommend the use of
appropriate utensils (wooden or heat-resistant plastic). The use of metallic utensils (forks,
knifes, etc.) is strongly discouraged.
Do not cut food directly in the pans or on the cooking plates or stone.

Putting damp food on the grill plate is not recommended. Carefully wipe the meat and fish before
cooking.

Small pieces of meat, fish, etc. will cook faster and better than large pieces.
•
During cooking, do not pierce meat with a fork or cut it. Juice will escape and the meat will become
tough.
•
If small pieces of food break off and stick to the cooking stone or the grill plate during cooking they
should be removed immediately.
•
After cooking fish or seafood, wipe the grill or the cooking stone with lemon juice to prevent their
taste being transferred to the next meal.
