Troubleshooting
If the appliance is not working properly, please follow these steps:
1.
Check that you have followed the operating instructions precisely and
correctly.
2. Check whether the table below offers a feasible solution.
3. Check that all fuses are intact.

The flow of heat stops during

Problem
Solution
Make sure that the buttons, cable
connection, power supply and fuse
are not damaged and that the po-
wer cord is properly plugged into
the wall outlet.
The appliance's overheat protecti-
on may have been activated. Dis-
connect the hob from the power
supply, then reconnect the power
supply and restart the appliance.
The appliance must not be cont-
inuously operated for more than
2 hours. The vent ilation openings
must not be blocked or dirty. Make
sure that the ambient temp erature
is not too high.
Place suitable cookware on the
hob.
