stolons (the creeping stems of grasses and weeds

• Lowest setting. This setting should be used when you
transport or remove your machine.
8. MAINTENANCE
The advice given in this section covers the general care
and maintenance of the main body of your machine.
Do not use an extension cable which
shows signs of damage. Fit a new cable
completely - do not make any permanent
or temporary repairs.
• Always keep your machine clean and free from grass
cuttings, especially the underside of the deck and the
air vents.
• Check all electrical cables at regular intervals, looking
for signs of wear, abrasion or other damage.
• Remove the debris stuck to the bottom of the machine
with a spatula each time you finish mowing.
• Clean all plastic components with a damp cloth.
Do not use solvents or cleaning fluids as
these may damage the plastic components
of your unit.
9. REPAIR SERVICE
Attention! Electrical repairs may only be carried out by a
skilled electrician or a customer service workshop!
If you send the machine to us for repair, please describe
the fault.
10. WASTE DISPOSAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION
If your device should become useless some-
where in the future or you do not need it any
longer, do not dispose of the device together
with your domestic refuse, but dispose of it in
an environmentally friendly manner. Please
dispose of the device itself at an according col-
lecting/recycling point. By doing so, plastic and
metal parts can be separated and recycled.
Information concerning the disposal of materi-
als and devices are available from your local
administration.
