Sharpened knives are sharper than you think. Be very careful to avoid injury. Do not cut in the

When you sharpen knives, you must exert light downward pressure on the blade. Too much pressure

FOR BEST RESULTS
·
Only sharpen clean knives. If the knife is dirty, you must wash and dry it before sharpening.
·
When sharpening, exert light downward pressure.
·
When moving the knife against the grindstone, maintain a constant speed and don't interrupt the
movement.
·
Each time, move the knife from the left slot to the right slot, except for blades that must be sharpened
on one side only.
·
To sharpen the tip of the knife, you must raise the handle of the knife when you reach the tip so that
the side of the blade remains in contact with the grindstone.
