The guarantee can be annulled by any modification made in the frame, fork or another component
9 . Delivery Certificate
A certificate must be filled by the seller on delivering the bicycle to the customer,
according to the statutory rules with respect to a compulsory information from any retiring product from
the market. This certificate is the one to be taken in case of any official claim.
The distribuitor/seller must check all the details of the delivery certificate. The buyer shall complete
his corresponding information . In this way, the seller confirms to have made an inspection before the
delivery of the bicycle.
