11.2 Faults without display

Fault
Appliance cannot be started
Engine is running erratically
Engine is running but machine is only moving
slowly or is not moving at all
Side-brushes are rotating slowly or not at all (for
sweepers)
Appliances generates dust (for sweepers)
Sweeping unit does not pick up waste (for
sweepers)
Coarse waste is left behind (for sweepers)
Waste container does not raise or lower (for
sweepers)
Operation problems with hydraulic movement

One of two connected attachments is not be op-
erated
11.3 Towing
CAUTION
Risk of damage. The appliance must not be towed. Do not
move the sweeper at a speed higher than walking speed.
DANGER
The vehicle is not approved for crane loading.
NOTICE
Make sure the brush system is not damaged while pushing
(for sweepers).
 Drain the spray water (for sweepers).
 Empty the waste container (for sweepers).
 Fasten the towing rope to the towing eye in the front or
the rear.
 Slowly drag the appliance onto the transport vehicle.
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the gear. Only push or pull the appli-
ance slowly.
Remedy
Charging or replacing battery
Press the brake pedal.
Fill in fuel, deaerate the fuel system
Clean or replace fuel filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Clean or replace air filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Release parking brake
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Increase the side-brush speed
Remove ropes and tapes
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Switch on the water pump
Refill water
Adjust the speed of the side-brushes
Cleaning the spray nozzles on the side-brushes
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Reduce working area
Empty waste container
Set the engine correctly
Clean the suction channel
Clean the exhaust grid
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Lower the suction opening and clean the top surface.
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Disconnect the hydraulic coupling of the attachment that will not be
needed
