Inserting the carrier code
The ITC 4000 can store up to 32 number entries, which may be altered before
the dialing is connected, in order to use a single long distance carrier.
On the setting mode, press 1 + 8 + 3 + 4 + * + Code + #.
Where:
Code: 2 digits code, corresponding to the carrier prefix.
Example: ***99*222222#1834*55#. All long distance calls will be make
through the carrier with the code 55.
Call waiting
This function enables you to answer a second call during an ongoing conver-
sation. Once this function is enabled, while you are on the phone, you will
hear an alert beep for the second incoming call.
On the setting mode, press: 0 + 4 + 9 + 5 + * + HAB + #.
Where:
HAB:

1: enables function.
To answer the second incoming call without ending the ongoing call, press *.
To return to the first call, press * again.
To end the first call, press #.
Forward
These functions do rely on the availability of your mobile services.
These functions allow you to program a phone number to receive your calls,
if your phone is under any of the following circumstances:
Busy forward
In order for this feature to work, the call waiting of your GSM chip must not
be activated.
