6.8 INSTALLING FKM 900 KA (9)
• Attachment must be correctly carried out to
avoid injury both to the user and to third parties.
• Switch off the engine of the ride-on lawn
mower and remove the ignition key before the
sweeping deck is attached or removed.
• Position the sweeping deck with the right deck
arm (9:C) and the left deck arm in the machine's
quick release mountings.
Then put the drive belt on, lock the quick release
(9:A) and insert a locking pin (9:B).
Warning! Risk of crushing injuries!
• Two side supports (extra accessories) are
recommended as support when attaching and
removing the sweeping deck
6.9 INSTALLATION OF DIRT
COLLECTOR
• Screw both guide rails into place (10:C) at the
front on the right and left of the sweeping deck
housing (10:A) with two screws and nuts on
each side (10:T Z).
• Fold the locking lever for the collector (10:H).
• Then hook the lock bar into both guide rails on
the left and right sides of the deck housing.
• Pull the lock bar (10:H) down and place it in the
bar holder.
• Continuous adjustment is required depending
on how much the sweeper roller wears.

6.10 INSTALLING THE SIDE BRUSH

• The first time that the brush is installed the
tension bar (11:S) on the right side is withdrawn
from the sweeping deck (11:A) and the existing
bodywork washer replaced by the spring
washer (11:U) and pulley (11:P) supplied. Slide
everything into the sweeping deck.
• Screw the mounting plate (11:R) on the right
side panel using four screws, spring washers
and nuts (see 4 x 11:"A"). Attach the front side
brush arm on the mounting plate arm at "B"
with screws M10 x 50 mm, washer and stop
nuts.
