Sharpen each blade, trying to keep the original
cutting inclination. Whenever sharpening, be careful
to always remove the same amount of material from
each blade not to impair rotor balance which may
cause vibration.
Reassemble blades on rotor.
Reassemble all the blades on rotor, following the
tightening torque recommended in the torque table.

Danger!
When assembling the blades, secure them
with their respective screws. After assembling,
carefully check if all screws are duly tightened
and if the distance between the blade and the
counter blade is correct before turning the
shredder on.
Blades must be replaced whenever they
cannot be perfectly sharpened anymore or if
damaged.
Adjusting blades and counter blades
The distance between the blade and the counter
blade is vital for proper functioning of the shredder.
The recommended distance between them is
approximately 1.5 mm.
To adjust the counter blade, follow the directions
according to Figure 15:
Loosen the blade support securing screws (B) and
decrease or increase the distance between the blade
and the counter blade, as required.
Displace the support with the blade so that you have
1.5 mm between the blade and the counter blade.
Retighten all blade support screws.
Repeat the operation with each blade.
