Safety Notices
This machine is intended for punching
holes into sheets of paper and plastic
covers and for binding these materials
with a plastic comb.
For best results, the maximum punch
guidelines and instructions for punching
and binding, should be observed carefully.
Always punch test holes into scrap paper
before punching holes into the original
document.
Max punch 4 sheets (80 gsm / 20 lbs) at
a time for binding and also max punch
4 sheets when using the rear hole punch
for ring binding.
Plastic front covers should be punched
one at a time.
Regularly empty the two waste containers
which are located on the bottom of the
machine.

Operation
1. Setting up the machine
Place the machine on a stable and flat
surface, at a comfortable operating
distance, and face the front of machine
towards you.
2. Hole punching for binding
Punch test holes into a scrap piece of
paper.
Align the stack (of up to 4 sheets of paper)
by hitting the edge on a level surface.
Using the inbuilt paper guide, on left of
front punching slot
the way into the punching slot.
Press down the punch lever
stop position.
Lift the punching lever and remove the
paper or cover material.
Repeat as required to create documents of
up to 70 sheets (150 double sided pages)
which can be bound with a 12 mm or 1/2
in plastic binding comb.

Choose the appropriate binding comb
based on the figures in the table below.
