Switch on the instrument via toggle switch and choose the shaking function desired with the
corresponding switch position:
Switch position 0 (middle):

The required speed (continuously adjustable shaking frequency) can be set by means of the
control button at the right side. Make sure that the shaking frequency is not set too high when
starting to work. Otherwise there's a risk of collision with other objects or instruments placed next
to the mixer. Always start with the lowest shaking frequency (100 rpm).

5. Cleaning and maintenance

The top of the shaking platform attachment may be cleaned with washing-up liquid and warm
water. The adhesive mat can be easily cleaned with soap and water for long lasting use. It can
be used again after drying.
The drive unit is driven by an eccentric shaking base by strong ball bearings and does not need
service.

6. Dismantling and disposal

1. Switch off the instrument by means of the rocker switch.
2. Disconnect the instrument from the mains.
3. Now you can remove the instrument from the working area.
Damaged and/or disposed electric or electronic equipment has to be disposed of at the
designated recycling depot. Also the packing material should be disposed of
environment-friendly (material separation).

7. Transport and storage

7.1 Packing/Transport
Please use, if possible, the original packaging. Protect the instrument by means of bubble wrap
against mechanical shocks from the outside. In case you do not use the original packaging,
please mark the box with the following notes:
- Glass symbol (Fragile! Handle with care!)
- Umbrella (Keep dry!)
- Content (List of content)

The instrument is switched off.
For continuous operation
The instrument can be driven with time control. When
choosing a time period by means of the left control button,
both yellow lamps light up. The instrument starts shaking until
time is up.
