Interface
1. Select Enabled to use the Telephone Interface.
2. Select Disabled if you do not need to use the Telephone In-
terface.
3. Select European Caller Line ID Phone connected or US Caller
Line ID Phone connected from the Telephone Interface Con-
figuration drop-down menu.
USA standard caller ID
• With this option selected, the BDU will generate caller ID sig-
nals via PSTN interface (RJ11 ports) as per the Bellcore stan-
dard. All analog phones, compliant to Bellcore standard,
connected to the RJ11 ports, will be able to receive and display
Type-I Caller-ID.
Europe standard caller ID
• With this option selected, the BDU will generate caller ID sig-
nals via PSTN interface (RJ11 ports) as per the ETSI standard.
All analog phones, compliant to ETSI standard, connected to
the RJ11 ports, will be able to receive and display Type-I Caller-
ID.
4. Click Update to allow the settings to take effect.
