Open the packaging and check the condition of all the parts of the automation.
Assemble the movement guide (20) and fasten it to the motor plate (1) using the bracket (18), blocking it with
the screws (19) provided. See fig. 1 Assemble the bolt (32) on the bracket (30), then fasten the chain-traction
pinion (29) with the pin (31). See Fig.2 Insert the chain in the movement guide and around the pinions (29)
and (6), and at the same time insert the carriage (24). Place the carriage (24) at about the halfway point on
the guide.
After assembling the spring 34, tension the chain by tightening the nut 33 until the spring 34 is almost
completely compressed. Excessive tightening will damage the motor and the traction parts.
Fasten the bracket (38) over the door at the centre of it. It can either be attached to the wall or to the ceiling
over the door. Make sure the door can move freely.
Fasten the motor plate (1) to the ceiling with the perforated brackets (43). The movement guide (20) must be
horizontal.
Fasten the door attachment bracket (41) to the door and assemble bracket 40.
Keep the carriage (24) released and attach bracket 37 with screw 39 and self-locking nut 45. Manually check
the door for proper operation. If necessary, cut bracket 40.
Fasten the protective cover (16) with the appropriate screws.
You can now programme the travel.
