For best dishwashing results, follow these loading guidelines. Features and appearance of racks and silverware
baskets may vary from your model.

Placeflatwarein the removable silverwareand
accessorybaskets(onsomemodels). SharpobJects,
such asforksand knives, m ay be placedwith the
handlesfacing up,in orderto protectyour hands.
Forthe bestwash performance, p laceother items
such asspoonswith the handlesfacingdown.Avoid
allowingitemsto nesttogether,which may keep
them from beingproperlywashed.Whenloading,
distributeitemsevenlyin the basket.
Thesilverware and accessory baskets (onsome
models) may alsobe usedfor smallitems,such as
measuring spoons,babybottle nipples, p lasticlids,
or corncob holders. T hesilverwarebasketcovers(on
some models) canbe closedto containsmallitems.
Thedoor mountedsilverware basket(onsome
models) may be positioned eitheron the door by
securingthe basketto the door usingthe two
mountingbosses, o r to the rackby securingthe
basketto the rack usingthewire loop on thefront of
the lowerrack to engagethe tabs on the rearof the
basket.
Theaccessorybasket(onsomemodels) may be
positionedbyplacingthe hookson the backof the
basketoverthe top wireon the sidesof the lower
rack.
TheFlexBaskets ( onsome models) may be positioned
on the front of eitherthe upperor lowerracks.
Securethe basketto the rack usingthewire loop on
the front of the upperand lowerracksto engagethe
tabs on the rear of the basket.
Donot loadlargeor tall utensils wherethey may
blockthe detergentdispenser or becometrapped
betweenthe door and the gasketwhenthe door is
closed.
