Position the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (15) with the wheels facing
forwards, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
screws (3), fit the flat washers (5) cap
nuts (6) and tighten securely.
Position the machine's rear stand on
the rear stabiliser bar (4), as shown in
Fig.2, insert the screws (3), fit the flat
washers (5), cap nuts (6) and then
tighten securely.
3.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Insert the horizontal saddle tube (12)
through the hole on the saddle post
(10), position it correctly and tighten
the knob (25) and the washer (26),

Fit the saddle bracket (13) onto the
horizontal saddle tube (12), as shown
in Fig.3, fit the saddle into position and
tighten the washers (5) and nuts (31)
on the bracket securely.

Next. Insert the saddle post (10) into
the boss on the main body (16),
position it correctly and tighten the
saddle post by using the adjustment
knob (7), Fig.3, turning it clockwise.
ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle post adjustment
with
knob (7), Fig.3, slightly by turning it
anticlockwise, move the saddle to a
position comfortable for doing exercise
and then tighten the adjustment knob
(7) securely by turning it clockwise.
Stay within the references.
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT OF
THE SADDLE.-
Loosen the knob (25) slightly by
turning it anticlockwise, Fig.3, move
the saddle to a position comfortable
for doing exercise and then tighten the
knob (25) securely by turning it
clockwise.
Stay within the references.
4.-MOUNTING THE HANDLEBAR
AND THE MONITOR.-
Bring handlebar tube (17) close to
main body (16) Fig.4.
By slightly unscrewing knob (7) Fig.4
(a few turns in an anti-clockwise
direction) and pulling it outwards
without releasing it, insert handlebar
tube (17) in the projection on main
frame (16). Fig.4. Release handle (7)
and insert it in one of the holes on the
handlebar tube.
Fit the handlebar (18) and the bracket
(64) using the screws (20) and
washers (19).
Fit the monitor (65) on the bracket (64)
as shown in Fig.4 and connect the
terminals (A1&A2) (B1&B2).
