• Do not at any moment insert your fingers or other foreign objects into the slow
juicer while it is in operation and still plugged into the power socket. If food be-
comes lodged in the opening, use the food pusher or another piece of fruit or
vegetable to push it down. When this is not possible, however, turn off the mo-
tor and disassemble the juicer to remove the remaining food.
• Always make sure the juicer cover is clamped securely in place before the
motor is turned on. Do not unfasten clamps while the juicer is in operation.
• Before replacement of accessories or additional parts which move during op-
eration, the appliance must be switched off and cut off from the mains.
• Do not touch moving parts.
• Always check that the accessories are seated solidly and securely before
switching the appliance on.
• Do not use the appliance if the jar is empty.
• Objects like spoons or scrapers never may be in the mixing vessel during op-
eration.
CAUTION:
The appliance must not be immersed in water for cleaning. Refer
to the instructions provided in the chapter "Cleaning and Mainte-
nance".
• Use the appliance only on a level work surface.
• Do not move the appliance when it is in operation.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the ap-
pliance understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user shall not be made by children un-
less they are older 8 years and supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given su-
pervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if
they understand the hazards involved.
