The paddock stand supports for open fork tubes must be adjusted to the width of the front fork.
To do so, a second person must hold the handlebars straight. Position the supports under the
motorcycle's fork tubes from the front. Adjust the supports so that they fit fully under the two fork
tubes, and fit the adapters into the opening/hole in the fork tubes.
Make sure the adapters are a good fit in the opening and do not have too much play. Secure the
supports with the star grips.
Then grip the front end of Rothewald Paddock Stand and push it firmly, but slowly and evenly, under
the motorcycle until it rests on the stand.
6.3 | Lowering
You must also be very careful when lowering your motorcycle. A second person makes sure that
the vehicle is first held in an upright position after lowering, and is then parked securely on the side
stand. If the motorcycle is on a stand at the front and back, lower the front wheel first. Pull the
Rothewald Paddock Stand slowly and evenly upwards by the connection tube until the front wheel is
in contact with the floor again. Then lower the rear wheel as already described.
