NOTE:The bag mustbe removedbeforeinstallingthe blowerchute.
8. a. Graspblowerchute with one handand slide lockingrod on
mountingbracketwith other handtowardengine.Use the end of
mountingbracketas leveragewhenslidingthe lockingrod. See
Figure8.
b. Slip blowerchute overrim of dischargeopeningand release
lockingrod to secure chutein place,as in Figure8.
c. Raisethe nozzleheightto the highestsettingwhenusingthe
blowerchute.Referto nozzleheightadjustmentin the ADJUST-
MENTsectionon page 16.
NOTE:The bag/chuteswitchbuttonattachedto the mountingbracket
mustbe fully depressedbythe tip of front tab on the blowerchuteor
enginewill notstart.
