If work is to be interrupted for longer than 2.5 h or at the end of work, the
water tank of the air humidifier [2-4] must be drained to prevent contam-
ination of the water.

10. Maintenance and Care

Spare parts are available for carrying out repairs (see chapter 13).
10.1. Replacing the humidifier internal module
Attention!
Damage from overwinding the screws
Overwinding the screws can cause damage to the air humidifier.
→ Heed the stated torques (150 – 200 N cm).
Attention!
Damage from soiling
Dirt particles can land in the water tank when the cover is removed and
damage the air humidifier.
→ Clean the outside of the air humidifier before dismantling.
Notice!
The humidifier module must be replaced six months after being used for
the first time together with the corresponding SATA filter timer. The acti-
vated SATA filter timer shows the remaining time.
Remove the humidifier module
■ Unscrew cheese-head screws with flat washers [8-6].
■ Lift off the cover [8-1].
■ Take the humidifier module [8-2] out of the water tank [8-5].
■ Push the SATA filter timer [8-3] out.
Insert new humidifier module
Notice!
The humidifier module is symmetrical in design. It can be fitted in any
direction.
