• DUCT A ECO
Is the "assisted" version; it has an electric blower attached to the end of the air supply hose which pumps
fresh air to the operator, increasing comfort and decreasing difficulty in respiration.
Moreover, this system has an outflow valve which is useful for the release of possible excess air. The electric
blower can supply two operators at the same time.
It is possible to transform the non-assisted version into the assisted version by purchasing the dedicated
transformation kit (code 14014ECO0).
Since this insulating type device allows, where the surrounding conditions are suitable, to supply air from an
atmosphere free of contaminants, the air-source is practically unlimited and the operator can work limitless,
nonetheless is recommended to not exceed the 8 hours work shift.
The choice of the best system for the user depends on the distance between the fresh air intake point and
the place where the operator is acting. If the distance is greater than 9-10 m then the system with the electric
fan is more indicated. Also for heavy work of several hours within a distance of 9-10 m the electric fan device
is recommended.
Both systems, DUCT ECO and DUCT A ECO, are respiratory protection devices, with a CE marking, conforming
to the requirements of the EN 138:1994 standard and are classified as fresh air hose breathing apparatus EN
138 Class 2 (heavy duty).
