ROBLEM SOLVING
This chapter contains information on the main problems which may occur during the product's life. Its purpose
is to help you quickly solve them.

4.1.
The console does not switch on
Make sure that the power supply unit voltage is 11~15V

4.2.
The brightness of the scoreboards is too low
In the programming menu of the general parameters (Chap.3.1) increase the "ScBrd Lumin." parameter.
4.3.
The scoreboard horns make no sound
In the programming menu of the general parameters (Chap.3.1) make sure that the "Sound Time" and "Sound
Volume" parameters are both greater than zero.
4.4.
The scoreboard does not display the Console data
As soon as the power supply is connected to the scoreboard, all its LEDs are switched on for about one second; if
this does not occur, check the mains voltage.
If the scoreboard switches on for one second and then switches off, it does not receive any data from the
console:
• switch the connector of the scoreboard connection cable to the second "Data Serial Output" port, located
on the back of the product;
• check cable integrity and replace it, if necessary.
