1. Close the stop cock upstream of the filter
unit.
2. Set the working pressure to 0 bar.
3. Press the quick-vent valve (Fig. 1a, pos.
06) until air no longer escapes.

Maintaining/Cleaning the
filter pressure reducer
1. Remove the vessel from the filter pres-
sure reducer, collect condensate.
2. Unscrew the filter insert (Fig. 4a, pos.
11) and clean in soapy water (max. 50
°C).
3. Unscrew the filter support (Fig. 5a, pos.
16). Remove the valve (Fig. 5a, pos. 14)
and spring (Fig. 5a, pos. 15).
4. Clean the valve and lubricate with
grease.
5. Installation is in reverse order.

Replacing the filter
Always wear gloves when replacing the filter.
Suitable spare filters: see spare parts list.
1. Unscrew the filter container.
2. Unscrew the old filter element. (Fig. 4a)
Pos. 11 = Filter element (FDM)
Pos. 12 = Microfilter
Pos. 13 = Activated charcoal filter
3. Installation is in reverse order.

Storage: Clean, dry, free from dust, above
5° C.
Disposal: Dispose of packaging / machine
according to valid statutory regulations.
