Maintenance
When used as lightning protection equipotential bonding, maintenance
work according to VDE 0185-305 (IEC/EN 62305) is required.
– Visual inspection: Annually
– Comprehensive test: Every 2 years
In addition, national laws and standards may contain additional main-
tenance instructions, which must also be observed.

Dismantling

1. Remove the strip earthing clamp from the pipe.
2. Replace the corrosion protection at the contact surface of the pipe.
Do not reuse the strip earthing clamp after dismantling

Disposal

– Metallic parts as scrap metal
– Plastic parts as domestic waste
Comply with the local waste disposal regulations.
