STEP A – FOAM SPRAYING AND CHEMICAL ACTION
1.
Switch on the solution pump, by acting on the pump switch, located on the control
panel.

Turn the lever of the FOAM/RINSE valve into the FOAM position

Switch on the air compressor, by acting on the compressor switch, which is located on
the control panel. The compressor starts working and the pressure inside the air tank
starts increasing. During this step, the arrow of the manometer indicating air pressure
moves towards higher values.
4.
Wait for about 1-2 minutes, without spraying with the lever of the foam spray accessory,
until the pressure of the air reaches such a value that the compressor stops. The tuning
of the machine during our tests is such that the compressor stops when the manometer
indicates about 3 bars. Normalmente non sarà necessario variare la regolazione della

An optional tuning of the regulation control panel is also possible, as specified in the
paragraph "Regulation of the type of foam".
At this point the machine is ready to spray foam, since it is now ready to spray water and
detergent, mixed to compressed air.
5. To spray foam, press the lever on the accessory. Before getting foam with the right
consistency, it is necessary to spray for some seconds. Spray foam uniformly on the
surface to clean, keeping the nozzle of the spray accessory at a distance of about 30-40
cm from the surface. The ideal thickness of the foam is about 3-4 mm.
6. Cover uniformly with foam all the surfaces to be cleaned.
While you spray foam in the further areas, the foam acts chemically on the already sprayed
surfaces.
ATTENTION: You must spray a quantity of product sufficient to clean the surface, keeping
in mind that the foam that really works against dirt is just the foam adhering to the surface.
Any further layer of foam sprayed will not improve the result.
NOTE: While using the machine, if for any reason you should need to switch on again the
compressor, by acting of the compressor ON/OFF switch, then you must previously empty
the air tank. Otherwise the compressor could be unable to start, because of the pressure (up
