The compressor used in the machine is of the oil less type and therefore does not require a
frequent maintenance. The air compressor is located in the lower part of the machine. If you
need to have access to it, you should open the machine body, unscrewing the 4 screws that
lock the upper part on the lower part. Never access to the compressor and never open the
machine before removing the electrical plug from the socket! Opening the machine is
allowed to qualified personal only.
During the tests in the factory the machine is tuned, in order to obtain a good quality of the
generated foam. Nevertheless, the machine is provided with some regulations, by which the
expert user can change slightly the type of foam generated. The cleaning foam is obtained
by mixing compressed air and detergent solution.
There are 2 regulations available:
1. regulation of the quantity of chemical.
2. regulation of the foam pressure.
Before setting the above regulations, you must wait for the compressor to be at a steady
working and for the pressure inside the compressed air tank to be stable.
A drier or more humid foam can be obtained by acting on the air pressure.
In order to obtain a drier foam, you must increase the pressure. On the contrary, in order to
obtain a more humid foam you must reduce the air pressure.
The standard tuning is made with the following settings:
The air pressure is about 3 bars, measured while spraying foam.
The chemical quantity is tuned, by unscrewing the knob of 3 complete loops, starting
from completely closed knob.
In case of doubt, We suggest to restore the original tuning of the machine.
