PRESENTATION

Thank you for trusting in Mondial. It is the perfect complement for kitchen lovers. To ensure
the operation and maintenance of acquired product, read carefully the instructions
contained in this manual, and keep it for eventual future use. We recommend that you also
keep the packaging in case of repairs, and discard all plastic bags, as they could turn into
dangerous toys for children. The appliance is very simple to use. Just connect it to the
energy source (220-250 V).
This product is designed to boil water and to prepare teas and infusions. It should not be
used for milk or boiling coffee, as this might damage the equipment.

The Mondial equipment use by children need clear functioning indications and
constant vigilance during the appliance utilization.
OPERATION
The appliance consists of the following parts, see fig. A.
Before using the appliance
? Unpack the appliance;
? Clean the appliance. Read 'Cleaning and Maintenance'.
Use (See fig. A)

Put the appliance on a firm and leveled surface, out of the reach of children;
> Turn it on;
> Insert the deposit correctly into its place;
> Insert the Filter;
> Afterwards insert the cone;
> Turn the equipment on by pressing the cone on the half split fruit. The squeezer has
been designed to work continuously for a maximum time of 4 minutes. After
squeezing 10 times, the squeezer must rest during 5 minutes;
> Put a glass cup under the dropper. Lower the dropper onto the glass;
> The instantaneous flow system guides the juice directly to the recipient inner part.
Doe not forget to empty the filter regularly;
> When the process has ended, pressure the dropper up to avoid the juice dripping
and spilling.
> Always clean the appliance immediately after its use (See "Cleaning and
Conservation").

CLEANING AND CONSERVATION

? Remove the electric wire from the socket. Remove the cone, the filter and the
deposit from the equipment;
> Lower the dropper completely to allow its correct cleaning. The dropper cannot
be removed from the deposit;
> Clean the cone, the filter and the deposit with warm water and soap. Dry all the
parts. Do not put these parts into the dishwasher;
> Clean the cone with a humid cleaning rag. Never dive the equipment casing in
water or wash it under a water tap.

General Remarks
? Read carefully the instructions and keep them for future reference;
> Always use the equipment following the instructions duly;
> Use the equipment for domestic purposes only. Its commercial use implicates the
warranty cancelling;
> The use of this appliance by children or persons suffering of sensorial, motor or
mental and physical hindrances, and who do not have any experience, can lead to
dangerous situations. The responsible for these persons should give clear
instructions, or supervise the appliance utilization;
> Do not allow children to play with the appliance;
> Do not manipulate or try to repair the equipment for your own account. In cases of
incidence, contact our customer service to avoid risks;
> Only use original parts and accessories of the appliance. Never use parts of other
appliances or with defect.
Electricity and heat sources
? Before using the equipment, make sure that your electric network tension is the
same tension indicated on your equipment identification plate;
> Use an earth wired socket;
> Always remove the plug from the electric socket when the equipment is not in use;
> The appliance is not designed for the utilization with an external temporizer or
remote control;
> When removing the plug from the electric socket, make sure to pull the plug and
not the electric wire;
> Do not use the appliance if it or the electric wire is damaged. Contact our technical
services to avoid risks;
> In case of a damaged electric wire, the repair should only be made by our technical
services;
> Make sure that neither the appliance nor the cable or the base enters in contact
with heat sources, such as a hot cook top, fire, or other heat sources.
> Make sure that neither the appliance, cable nor the base are wet or in contact with
water.
