9.4 Maintenance of injector
The injector consists of nozzle, diffuser and holder with
diaphragm non-return valve.
The sucked-in chlorine dioxide is mixed with the motive water in
the diffuser, and transported to the disposal line.
The diaphragm non-return valve prevents water from penetrating
the PE line when the exhaust device is switched off.
If water containing heavy deposits is used, this can lead to losses
in performance when sucking. The nozzle must be cleaned in this
case. Regularly clean the filter of the dirt trap (if fitted).

Do not use any sharp objects to clean the nozzles.
Hydrochloric acid has proved to be the best cleaning
Caution
agent.
Observe the regulations for handling hydrochloric
acid.
