Symptom 1
You cannot download the Enhanced App on the loading page because of
the following causes:
• When the first UICC Activation is not finished on PC that does not
connect to Internet
• It is impossible to connect to data of the device during the UICC
Activation so the user cannot download the Enhanced App even after
clicking Install Enhanced App and Continue.
• Depending on the network circumstances, it may take several minutes
to do the UICC Activation.
Resolution
Consider the following scenario:
• You can download the Enhanced App on the Settings men after
finishing the UICC Activation. (If the device phone number is displayed
correctly after clicking Menu > Networks, the UICC Activation is
completed.)
Please proceed following steps.
1. Click Menu > Settings > Install Enhanced App.
2. Click Install Enhanced App to run on the bottom of the screen.
