Insert the 5 mm hexagonal male wrench
provided in the hexagonal slot located on the

Use the hexagonal wrench to turn the bulb until
the mark is aligned with the cutting axis of the

10. Maintenance
DISASSEMBLING THE DIAMOND DISC
Loosen the two nuts on the disc guard and remove
the guard. Remove the disc-locking nut using a 19
mm spanner and a 5 mm Allen wrench.

After disassembling the disc, carefully clean the disc
holding flanges and check for any wear.
Lubricate the surfaces with fine oil and proceed to
assemble the new disc, paying attention to the
rotation direction clearly printed on the tool.
ADJUSTING THE CARRIAGE
The motor carriage has two registers for calibrating
the vertical play of the motor head.
For correct adjustment, proceed as follows:

With a 3mm hexagonal male wrench, screw the
two front adjustment set screws (A), until the
play is eliminated; (Photo 20)

Repeat the operations for the two rear
