5.4 Displaying and Changing the
Brewing Temperature
The display (Fig. 1. - Pos 8) shows the brew-
ing temperature. The input buttons  and 
can be used to increase or decrease the tem-
perature. To enter operating mode, press the
left button  , the word "Pro" will appear in the
display. Switch to the right button  and in-
crease the value by pressing the button. If you
would like to decrease the temperature again,
press the left button.
The brewing temperature varies with the boiler
temperature. For example, if the brewing tem-
perature is increased by 3°, the boiler tempe-
rature also increases by 3°.

5.5 Steam Outlet

1) In order to avoid eddies in the boiler, let off
steam by turning the corresponding rocker
arm.
2) Insert the nozzle (Fig. 01; pos. 10) into the
container with the liquid to be heated.
3) Press the rocker arm for the steam nozzle
(Fig. 01; Pos. 9) up or down. When the
arm is pushed up or down until it stops, it
catches and the spout stays open (Fig. 06).
The amount of steam that exits the spout
depends on how far the steam spout is
opened. The further it is opened the more
steam is produced.
4) Once you have produced enough steam,
switch the rocker arm back to its original
position. Remove the container with the li-
quid and clean the steam nozzle immedia-
tely with a damp cloth.

pressures:
Boiler manometer (Fig. 01, pos. 11; right

The boiler manometer indicates the boiler
pressure.
Pressure gauge (Fig. 01; pos. 11; left
scale)
range 0~15 bar (0~1.5 MPa)
The pressure gauge indicates the pump maxi-
mum pressure during operation. When the mo-
