torn or damaged; in this case do not use the product
before mending it or substituting the damaged parts.
• Keep Bassinet in a dry place.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING: If you wish to fit Bassinet to a Chicco
Lullaby cot with changing mat, remove the changing
mat before fitting Bassinet.
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the mattress from the cot which you wish
to fit Bassinet to, paying attention while unfastening
the Velcro straps.
2. Fit Bassinet inside the cot by fixing the plastic locking
handles to the sides of the frame.
WARNING: Do not fix the locking handles in
correspondence with the central joints of the cot's
sides to prevent the risk of unlocking them.
3. Hold two tubes, one with locking button and the
other without, and insert them into the slots located
at the base of Bassinet, as shown in the diagram.
4. Press the locking button with a finger and fit the two
tubes, one inside the other. The two parts are locked
only when the locking button comes out from the
corresponding hole, and a click indicates that the
tubes are securely fitted. Repeat the operation with
the other two tubes.
5. Place the mattress on the bottom of Bassinet, with
the padded surface looking in an upward direction;
ensure that the four Velcro fastenings located on
the lower side of the mattress are correctly fixed
to the corresponding fastening located on the base
of Bassinet. Check that the mattress is correctly
fitted to the metal tubes and placed in a horizontal
position.
HOW TO DISASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT
6. Remove the mattress from Bassinet, paying attention
while unfastening the Velcro straps.
7. Press two locking buttons at a time and detach the
tubes.
8. Remove the metal tubes from the slots located at
the bottom of Bassinet.
9. Detach the plastic locking handles from the cot's
sides.
10. Store the components inside the bag.
11. Place the mattress on the bottom of the cot, with
the padded part looking in an upward direction,
making sure that the four Velcro straps located on
the lower side of the mattress are correctly fixed to
the corresponding fastenings located on the base of
the cot.
