The following guidelines should be followed during the connection of the
Marine Climate System:
The correct size circuit breaker should be used to protect the system
as specified on the air conditioning unit's data plate label.
Install and ground/bond AC power source in accordance with marine
electrical standards.
Use a minimum of 3.5 mm² boat cable
– to supply power to the air conditioning unit
– to supply powerto the seawater pump
– to extend the wires on the pump
Any electrical connections in the bilge below the waterline should use
sealing heat shrink type butt splices.
All connections to the terminal strip shall be made with appropriately
sized ring terminals (not supplied).
