7. Errors
Error
Time display is off even though
the unit is switched on
Motor fails to run when the unit
is switched on
Capsule is thrown out of the holder
Error message "Lo" and error signal

NOTE: The RotoMix device may be repaired by 3M ESPE or 3M ESPE-authorised personnel only.
8. Maintenance and Care
The device requires no maintenance. Clean all compo-
nents with a soft cloth and, if necessary, a mild detergent.
Under no circumstances use solvents or scouring agents
as they will permanently damage the plastic.
Do not allow detergent to enter the mixing unit.
The following agents can be used for disinfection:
Pursept-A (Merz) and FD 322 (Dürr).
Pursept-A and FD 322 are not available in all countries.

3M ESPE warrants this product will be free from
defects in material and manufacture. 3M ESPE MAKES
NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. User is responsible for deter-
mining the suitability of the product for user's application.
If this product is defective within the warranty period,
your exclusive remedy and 3M ESPE's sole obligation
shall be repair or replacement of the 3M ESPE product.

Remedy
Check both the power cable and main
voltage
Close protective cover
Allow the unit to cool
Blast capsule holder with compressed air
Use suitable capsules only
Press "Start/Stop" to quit
Press "Start/Stop" to quit. For a short
time, the speed (in revs per sec) at which
the device was turned off is shown in the
display.
Have the unit repaired.
