Servicing and maintenance

After opening the device, there is a danger of influencing the signal by touching the
electrical connections. This can be avoided by switching off the supply voltage or sep-
arating the signal circuit.
After installation has been successfully completed, the measuring insert with Pt100
housing unit can be dismantled and reinstalled on site. In order to do this, loosen the
screw cap (1, Figure 4, p.50). For normal calibration runs, no separation of the con-
nection line is necessary.
