9. LEGAL
9.1 WARRANTY
1. The manufacturer warrants this device from the date of purchase. The
warranty covers defects that can be proven to be a direct result of flaws
in the material, production or construction and that are reported to the
manufacturer within the warranty period. The decision on replacement or
repair of defective parts will be made according to technical criteria. The
warranty does not include normal equipment wear or improper cut. This
warranty covers defects that occur under normal conditions. In regard
to repair or replacement of parts that are rendered useless or damaged,
expenses such as freight, stays or technicians are not included;
2. The buyer is aware of the provided manual and is obliged to comply
with the items regarding the conservation and safety precautions prescri-
bed, during the warranty period and after, even if the equipment is not in
use. At request, the buyer will receive free copies of this manual;
3. The buyer is aware that the manufacturer's maintenance services are
available;
4. When a problem is found, the customer should immediately contact
the nearest service centre for warranty service
The guarantee shall cease when:
• There is result from negligence, acts of vandalism, inappropriate
use or in disagreement with ID ETHNOS recommendations;
• There is absence of recommended maintenance, equipment or part
modification or misuse;
• The equipment is damaged accidentally;
• The maintenance does not follow the orientations form this manual;
• There is use of non-original parts;
• There is damage due to abnormal environmental conditions such
as: excessive temperature, excessive humidity, dust, gases, direct
sun, rainfall and flood.
• The cover, or part of it, is stored in an inappropriate place exposed
