KEYS' FUNCTIONS
ON/ZERO/OFF: Press the key to power on the scale and start up weighing process. For zero opera on,
press the key again to clear the display and <ZERO> annunciator will show in the le low corner of LCD. If
you want to turn off the scale please hold pressing this key for about 3 seconds.
MODE: Weighing units exchange key. Press the key to select kg and lb in turn. The suitable indicator of unit
is shown in LCD right side by kg or lb annunciator.
MEM: While the scale is in <0.00> situa on, you can press this key to recall the former one weighing value
saved in the memory and the suitable indicator is lighted. During weighing if the key is pressed and the
stable value will be saved, otherwise twinkling value is not saved in the memory.
OPERATION
When you start to weight the baby, please make sure the tray has been steady with the base of the scale.
A er the ba eries placed, press ON/ZERO/OFF key to start the scale un l <0.00> appearance.
Gently place baby on the pan, weighing record will be flashed on the window a er a few seconds. If baby
remain lying on the pan a er its weight value has shown, the weighing value will con nue to flash for 10
seconds and then turn off automa cally.
If take baby from the pan immediately a er baby's weight has been flashed, the scale will return to <0.00>
and then turn off automa cally within 10 seconds if no opera on again.
If see about the former saved weighing value, please press the MEM key while the scale is in <0.00>
posi on. The scale will save op onal value during each weighing opera on.
The tray can be taken off, and then the baby can stand on the surface of the base when the baby grows
up.
CAUTIONS
The scale should be placed on a hard flat surface for baby's easement and safety.
You must replace ba eries immediately when window display <L o o>.
Keep the scale clean to ensure the normal working.
Take the ba eries out if no opera on for a long term.
Please place baby in the center of the pan otherwise probably affect weighing accuracy.
Overload (heavier than 20.5kg) is strictly prohibited.

WARRANTY

This scale is warranted against defects of manufacturing and materials for a period of 1 year, from the
delivery date.
During this period, GIROPÈS SL will take charge of repairing the scale.
This warranty does not cover defects or damaged caused by misuse, overloading or improper installa on
contrary to the recommenda ons described in this manual.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the repara on of the balance.
