1. Mist generator
•
In some areas there is hard water, which causes relatively rapid scale formation on the surface of the
generator. In this case, its surface should be cleaned with a regular detergent.
•
Apply a small amount of regular detergent on the surface of the generator, pour the water in the space
around it and immerse it completely in water. Let it act for 10–15 minutes.
•
Carefully clean the generator with a soft brush until the scale disappears completely.
•
Rinse the surface twice with water.
•
Do not use a metallic or other hard or surface damaging means to clean the inverter surface and do not
scratch or damage the surface of the diffuser.
2. Inner surface of the tank
•
If you use the appliance daily, clean the inside of the water tank and the bottom of the humidifier at least
twice a week.
•
If scale appears in the tank, wipe it with a soft cloth.
•
Dirt may appear in the tank and should be cleaned with a regular cleaning agent. In this case, use a regular
detergent and wash all detergent residues after cleaning.
•
Do not use any acid, alkaline substances or other solvents or bleaches to clean the water tank to avoid
GB
damaging the humidifier.
3. The inner surface of the lower part of the humidifier
•
Empty water from the bottom of the unit, clean the surface with a brush and wipe with a damp cloth.
•
Rinse the inner parts with water.
4. Air and HEPA filter
•
Depending on the cleanliness of the ambient air, it is recommended to replace the air and HEPA filter every
six months to one year. Press the air filter cover grille to release it. Remove the grille, replace the filters with
new ones and replace the grille. Pack the used filters to prevent possible pollution of other objects or air.
5. Replacement of water filter
We recommend replacing the cartridge with water filter every 6 months.
1.
Unplug the appliance.
2.
Remove the water tank and turn it upside down.
3.
Unscrew the water tank cap. The filter cartridge is screwed into the inner part of this cap.
4.
Unscrew the old cartridge from the cap and replace it with a new one.
5.
Screw the cap with the new cartridge back into the water tank and return the tank to the humidifier.
6. Outer surface of water tank and nozzle
•
Clean the tank surface and nozzle with a soft cloth, using a regular cleaning agent (non-aggressive without
abrasives).
•
Dry the outside of the water tank, fill it with fresh water and put it back into the humidifier.
7. Base surface
•
Wipe with soft cloth
8. Storage
•
Empty water from the tank and the bottom of the humidifier, clean any dirt, dry the surface and allow the
unit to dry completely.
•
Check that there are no water residues anywhere in the humidifier and place it in a box.
•
Store the packed humidifier in a dry place.
