Troubleshooting
If the appliance is not operating properly, please check the following list of possible problems before contacting
a service centre.
Problem
No steam.
Unusual smell of steam.
Unusual noise.
The steam stream exits
from around the outlet
steam nozzle.
If the humidifier still does not work or does not work properly after checking the above possible causes,
contact an authorized service center.

Possible cause
Check if the humidifier is plugged
in an outlet.
Check if the humidifier is switched
on.
There is no water in the water
tank.
Not enough water in the water
tank.
You have a new humidifier.
Water is too dirty or the water
stayed in the water tank too long.
The water tank is positioned
incorrectly.
Not enough water in the water
tank.
The unit does not stand on
a horizontal surface.
There is a gap between the water
tank and the bottom part of the
humidifier.
Solution
Plug the humidifier in the outlet.
Use the knob to switch the humidifier on.
Fill the container with water.
Add water to water tank.
Remove the water tank and place it in
a cool, dry place for 12 hours.
Clean the water tank. Replace the water
with clean water.
Place the water tank in correct position.
Fill the container with water.
Place it on a level and horizontal surface
or on the floor.
Reseat the water tank properly and turn
on the humidifier again.
