Hand Blender Use instructions
Soup
Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
2 potatoes
½ onion
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 tomato
1 zucchini
2 leaves of laurel
1 spoon of salt
2 spoons of olive oil extra virgin
1,5 l of water
Cooking :
Finely chop the onion, put in a frying pan with oil for a few minutes, then add the other chopped
vegetables, tomato is better without skin, mix well and add water, salt and laurel leaves.
make it boiled covered for about 20 minutes then turn off. Mix the vegetables with the immer-
sion hand blender for 1 or 2 seconds to make the soup creamier.
Spinach cream
Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
1 kg of fresh spinach
400 ml of whole milk (better if fresh)
200 ml of sour cream
1 pinch of nutmeg
½ teaspoon of salt
Cooking :
Wash spinach, and put in a covered saucepan with low heat with a little water.
Add milk and mix whole to obtain a smooth cream, add sour cream, salt and nutmeg. Cook for
2-3 minutes and serve hot.
